As an early bird special for our suppliers, it’s completely free with 0% commission in 2022. In 2023, you’ll pay 5% on success orders. When you invite your existing retailers to transact via Trustana, you’ll pay 0% commission on these retailers forever!
Great news – We’re now covering your cross-border freight cost! All you have to do is to pick and pack based the order and Trustana will take care of the rest.
We’ll pay all your orders directly to your bank account in your local currency (DDP orders will be an exception where foreign currency account is required*). You will be able to set your preferred payment method when you join Trustana. We guarantee payout 15 days after the order is shipped.

You can upload products via our supplier portal once we approve your registration. We also have dedicated customer success team to help you from Monday to Friday if you have any problem.
Yes, definitely – you can invite them to join Trustana so you and they can both be benefited from our shipping perks. On top of that, there’s no commission forever for retailers who are referred by you.
No, we do not charge any platform fee or license fee. We also take care of payment processing fee when you transact with buyers in another country. We want to enable you to succeed.
Trustana is supporting brands from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Japan and China. We will also be adding more countries which we will service, stay tuned.
